Day Ten
Two days past Women’s Day. I hardly noticed it this year, though I think it was on the Google Doodle. It was a busy day for me, and thinking about the trajectory women are on has become depressing. So I let it slide, and didn’t mention it here. That is a failing on my part, as it is the whole purpose of this project…women. Our day. Our month.
So, today I have a haiku about women’s day. There are really no more words to write about the strange way we approach the subject of women…five syllables, seven syllables, five syllables. Short, to the point. I just couldn’t write more about it, not tonight. Perhaps…tomorrow.
