Day Twenty Four

I spend a lot of time thinking. I think about trivial things, about fun things, but I also think about the serious things, the things happening in the world, the things threatening to destroy us…at least some of us. At one time it seemed impossible that we would lose the right to an abortion. We all know it doesn’t stop there. They want much more; they have much more planned. Where does it stop?

The right to choose who we marry?

We lose the right
To choose who we marry.
How long until we lose
The right to leave our house?

These men want more.
They want it all.
They want women
Under their control.

It's hard to stop
A speeding train.
